Services

B Rico Mechanical, LLC provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to residential and light commercial customers throughout Northeast Ohio, including Elyria, Lorain, Avon, North Ridgeville, Amherst, and surrounding areas.

All services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards and local codes.

Estimates and Pricing

• • All estimates are provided based on the scope of work discussed at the time of inspection.
• • Any additional work or unforeseen issues will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
• • Pricing is subject to change if conditions differ from the original assessment.

Scheduling and Access

• • Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
• • If access is not available, a rescheduling fee may apply.
• • We will communicate arrival windows and notify customers of any delays.

Payments

• • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• • Larger jobs or installations may require a deposit (typically 50%).
• • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and digital payments (processing fees may apply).
• • Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• • Customers are asked to provide notice as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
• • Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Warranty and Workmanship

• • We stand behind the quality of our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction.
• • Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be discussed based on the specific service or equipment installed.
• • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

B Rico Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for:

• • Pre-existing conditions or issues not visible during inspection
• • Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use of systems
• • Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control

Safety and Compliance

All work is performed in compliance with applicable local and state codes. Customers agree to maintain a safe working environment for technicians, including securing pets during service visits.
